Welcome to the Berkeley Beer Club! Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Membership: Membership is free and open to individuals aged 21 and over with valid government-issued ID. One membership per person.
Activation & Verification: Your membership is not active until you have verified both your email address and your mobile phone number. To verify, click the link in the confirmation email we send you and tap the link in the confirmation text message we send to your phone. Until both are verified, you will not be able to earn points, redeem rewards, or receive member pricing.
SMS Required for Member Benefits: A working, verified mobile number and your consent to receive our text messages are required to participate in the Beer Club and to receive member pricing and discounts. If you opt out of SMS (see "Text Message Program" below), your membership will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible for member pricing, points, or rewards until you re-enroll.
Removal of Unverified Accounts: If you do not complete both email and phone verification, and your account has no activity, your registration and associated information will be automatically deleted approximately thirty (30) days after we request verification. You are welcome to sign up again at any time.
Earning Points: Members earn one (1) point for each full-sized beer or cider purchased. Points are not awarded for tastings, flights, or non-alcoholic beverages. Points have no cash value.
Exclusive Swag: Upon accumulating twenty (20) points, members are eligible to receive one (1) exclusive swag item, subject to availability. The point counter will reset to zero after redemption.
Happy Hour Pricing: On designated "Happy Hour Days", active members will receive special happy hour pricing on eligible drinks throughout the entire day. Management will announce which days are designated.
Special Events: Members will receive email and/or SMS invitations to exclusive events. RSVP may be required and entry is subject to capacity limits.
Text Message Program: By joining, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and promotional text messages (e.g., verification, point updates, member pricing, and event invitations) from Dog Haus Biergarten Berkeley at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, but is a condition of Beer Club membership and member pricing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out (which will deactivate your membership as described above) and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Communication: By joining, you also agree to receive transactional and promotional emails from Dog Haus Biergarten Berkeley. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Privacy: Your personal information will be used for managing your membership and communicating with you about club benefits and promotions. We will not sell your data to third parties.
General Conditions: Dog Haus Biergarten Berkeley reserves the right to modify or terminate the Beer Club program, its benefits, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Management decisions are final. Membership may be revoked for misuse or failure to comply with these terms.
