Signing in

I didn't get my sign-in code

It says my number isn't registered

Membership is free and you can join in the app in under a minute — you'll need to be 21 or over. If you joined in person with a different number, tell staff and we'll correct it.

Your membership card

The bartender says my code expired

That's the anti-sharing protection working. The 4-digit code on your card changes every time a punch is recorded, so a screenshot or a forwarded photo won't scan. Open the app and show the live screen — it refreshes by itself.

I got a new phone

Your membership works on one phone at a time. Sign in on the new handset and it moves across automatically; the old one is signed out. If you've changed phones several times recently you may hit a limit — staff can clear it for you.

My points look wrong

Points are added by staff at the time of the sale. If something's missing, tell us the date and roughly the time and we'll check the record.

Your details

Refer a friend

Share your code from the Refer tab. When someone joins with it and earns their first punch in the Haus, you get a free punch. Bonuses are credited automatically — if one hasn't appeared after your friend's first visit, get in touch.

21 and over

The Beer Club is a 21-and-over programme. You'll be asked to confirm your date of birth when you join, and staff may ask for ID at the bar.
